Meet Emily,
Your Colorado Elopement Expert
WHATTUP! It’s ya girl, Emily! Here’s some things you should know about me:
I’m fiercely passionate about making my couples wedding experience full of emotion, intimate moments, and more than anything, JOY!
I am a huge believer in couples choosing a wedding experience that THEY want. People can have a lot of opinions about your wedding or elopement day, and I’m here to encourage couples to not feel bullied into planning a wedding day they won’t enjoy, but rather focusing on a day that TRULY speaks to them.
I’m here to be your resource on all things wedding and elopement planning. I’ll guide you through the planning process, and will act as an open book to you and your boo with all things planning.
If you're looking for a bestie in your photographer, I’m your girl! I’m all about the experience you get along with your beautiful photos, and that includes gaining a pal!

- My 4 cats. Rhea, Kora, Gandalf, & Binx are snuggle monsters and playing machines, and I’m completely obsessed with them.
- Social activism. I’m a tree-hugging human rights advocate. Black lives matter and love is love!
- My abundance of house plants.
- Gardening! I have an herb garden and am working on adding beautiful flower beds around our home.
- Twilight. Yes, the early 2000’s hit book and movie saga.
- Tattoos. I looooove expressing myself through the art on my body!
- Books! I LOVE reading. When I’m not romping around the mountains with my couples, I’m snuggled on the couch at home with my Kindle.
- Sushi and Diet Coke is the way to my heart.
- TRUE CRIME. I’m a murderino, and looove all things sPoOoOkY!
- My husband, Ian. He’s a massive part of my life and my best friend. He’s the most wonderful cat dad and my favorite part of everyday.
- Traveling to pretty places. Mountains, beaches, deserts, all of it!
- Being active and outdoors. I love sunshine, pretty flower fields, and hiking.
I believe in eloping so much, I did it myself
This is a photo from my own elopement on October 15th, 2021. My husband Ian and I traveled to Crested Butte, Colorado with our parents, siblings, and a few friends each. On our wedding day, we made it exactly what we wanted. We had our friends and family send us off to get married, where we then wandered into the towering mountains and aspen trees and exchanged our vows in private. I could not have possibly imagined a more perfect elopement day, and I’m here to tell you that you deserve this too.
