Loveland Pass Colorado Elopement
From the start, I knew this day was going to be a fun one. M + A had one amazing adventure on their day, surrounded only be their closest people. We started our day at their INCREDIBLE AirBNB in Breckenridge, CO. This place was one of the most beautiful homes I’ve ever been to! We got these two ready, and they shared a first look on the porch of the house. I LOVED M’s hair flowers, which made her look like a faerie princess, which was done by her best men, who donned flower-beards for her!
After driving a couple minutes down the road, we got ready for their ceremony at Sapphire Point Overlook. This is one of the most iconic ceremony locations in all of Colorado, as it can accommodate anywhere from 0-50 guests, and its very easy to rent out. The vibes were absolutely gorgeous, with neutral florals and beige/cream worn by the guests. The chipmunks even got brave and started nibbling on their flower arrangements during the ceremony!
After finishing up their ceremony, just M + A and I headed out to Loveland Pass for a bit of time to themselves. If you get married with guests, even if its just 4 other people, I ALWAYS plan a chunk of time for you to soak in the day JUST with your significant other. It’s extremely valuable to have time to yourselves on your day. So, we adventured around Loveland Pass at 12,000ft altitude, and wandered to a beautiful alpine lake in the area.
These two share a love of Pokemon, so while we hung out at the lake, they decided to open up a Pokemon card pack each. Sadly they didn’t get lucky with any rare cards, but it was a fun way to incorporate something they love into their day! We then headed back to their AirBNB back in Breckenridge and took the gondola to get there! We shared delicious food, cake, and plenty of laughs, and I can’t begin to say how FUN this day was!
